  • Duties Include the Following:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, psychologists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulationsRequirements to Include:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to autism and behavioral therapy
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals with autism and their families
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and demonstrate empathy towards individuals with autism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for medical documentation and collaboration with team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
